I did call for an update, an found out that who ever did the estimate forgot to send it to the Insurance company. With that said I was satisfy with the work on the car.

I was a little upset that I had made arrangements to have the oil changed. Both in the service dept and the collision dept. And no one wrote it down to get it done. So now I have to come back and sit and wait for 2-3 hours to get my car serviced.

The ford badge on the front bumper was removed and transferred they damaged it in the removal process and stuck it on my new one. Used wrong bolts when reinstalling the bumper even tho I provided them the baggy with the proper hardware. Looks like they started resembling the bumper when the paint was not all the way dry because there’s ripples around the head light and can see where the paint squished where it met the fenders.
