I was asked to sign for the truck before I saw it. When I asked to see it before I signed for it the agent looked at me funny but then let me. After looking at the truck I said it looks like the bumper is not level from one side to the other. He said it looked fine and said it was the chrome. After arriving at home I measured the gaps and they were off.

Original estimate projected the repair work to take 2 days and it ultimately took 9 days to complete. I didn't receive calls from the shop on updates concerning the delays I had to call and request statues myself.
