staff was rude over the phone treated us like we were ignorant when it came to the repairs because we were women. The only person that treated us with respect was the woman who answered the phone occasionally.

Things are still shady to me as to what repairs were done and why. I was not notified of the car needing a new radiator and condensor. Since the car never leaked any fluids and the ac worked just fine. I find it unsettling that work was just completed without calling me to let me know what was needed in addition to what was quoted.
