I took my car here to have a broken tail light cover replaced. You took it upon yourselves to instead replace my front hood. You did not even bother resetting my interior clock nor did you replace the back broken taillight cover. I am very dissatisfied.

Window reinstallation was not proper and the luggage rack trim is just sitting on the roof and can be picked off by hand. Poor final inspection.

I won't do any business of my own with them in the future. Not the shop, not buy a car, nothing at all.

Communications were poor at best. Phone calls on the timeline of repair were consistently inaccurate by weeks. Window trim was installed wrong and luggage rack trim was not tight and can be removed simply by hand. No response from Ben Davis when videos of the issues were taken. I will never do business with them again.

Zero confidence in their ability to provide accurate information regarding schedules. I believe it took 7 weeks to get this done in what was originally quoted 7 days after we took the car there for them to analyze prior to scheduling repairs.

When I pick the car up, it was raining so I couldn’t really look at the body that closely but the next day I noticed on the driver side passenger door there were some marks that weren’t there before the car is brand new I only had it less than a month before the hail damage, and there was no visible marks on the doors, other than the hail damage
