The customer service was the worst Ive ever seen . The lady on the phone was rude, demanded I adjust to the shops schedule. And lied to me. She needs to be fired

We had to wait over 3 month for an appointment. When my daughter made the appointment the receptionist was rude and said you can go elsewhere but she made the appointment because insurance was set up already. When I called to find out how long the car would take she would not give me a time estimate at all and said if I don’t like it I could cancel my appointment. Even if I was told it would be 7-10 days that’s something to go off of for a rental car. I realize you are obviously busy but your receptionist is rude and although she did not run us off I am sure your business loses customers because of her. The job you did on the car was really nice! We appreciate your body shop service.
