My car was done in a timely manner. I can't even tell where the damage was. They went over every detail with what needed to be done to fix my car and went over everything they actually did afterwards. Staff wS very friendly

Upon arrival at Grove Street Auto Body we checked out the rear bumper of our Prius. Really nice work… then I noticed the gap between the replaced bumper facade and this piece below the bumper on the right corner. The gap between these two was larger than before.Speaking with the gentleman in the office about this, he immediately walked out with and looked. He laid down on the hot asphalt telling us that the cars today are held together with snaps and pins. In less than two minutes he had it back in position. This is the way you expect to be treated and he ( the gentleman) earned our 10 rating
