Ketra and all the staff I spoke with were extremely kind and helpful. They really helped take the stress out of.my collision repair. I didn't understand the insurance claim or rental process and Ketra basically walked me through it. Also lots of updates on my vehicle while it was in the shop. Would definitely recommend.
