Jesse was the staff that helped me, and did the assessment. She saw how bad the damage was and how inconvenient it was for me to drive around with my vehicle while we wait for an open spot. Knowing how busy the shop was, she managed to squeeze our repair appointment to stat. She was very friendly and compassionate about my situation. You don’t see that often. The customer service I received was excellent! The staff went above and beyond to find a part for my truck that was on back order. I was always kept up to date on the status of my truck. The insurance claim process was simple and easy. And my truck looks like new again!
