After my accident I feel I wasn’t made whole. My rear end still makes a noise. And was told it would need to go to the Ford dealership to be looked at. I was told if the humming noise is determined to be from “wear and tear “ I would be stuck with the charges. My Truck has over 220k miles so I’m sure a lot of it is from “wear and tear” but the fact of the matter is I had no noise prior to my accident. So to avoid additional cost (after being hit my someone with no insurance) I’ve decided to just leave it alone. Unfortunate for me because after this accident I’m not made whole again.

Jessie helped me more than the insurance agent on what to do. The 3 of you that I dealt with were great and professional. Thanks, my wife had her SUV repaired by you a couple of years ago. We would both recommend you to anybody. By the way thanks for the wash, wax and detailing. You are a great team.

The nicest lobby out of the last three shops I had my cars repair, we were greeted as soon open the door and offered cool water and snacks. Did not waited long before Jessy start looking in to my claim and start taking pictures of the damage, explain the possibility of more damage under the body and time for repair. Received a call than than the parts were ready, dropped my car and it was ready in less than 48 hrs. Nice matching on the paint , my daughter and I were surprised to see the car was detailed and clean, better than the times we picked up the car from the dealer. Thank you very much for a job well done. Your are # 1 on my book.
