The car looks great! Like nothing ever happened. All the staff was great. i got regular updates and all the staff super nice. Special shout out to Angel. He drove me to the rental car place and was a delight to talk to on the way over. I hope I dont need a reason to go to a body shop anytime soo but if I do I will go to this shop!

Very little communication and car was returned without properly being fixed

I got my car back and it was not fixed all the way. My trunk does not fully close still and when I got my car back my gas door no longer closed. I later on had to bring it back for them to fix my gas door but these are things that should have been noticed before they ever gave me my car back. They need to do a better job at examining the vehicle and making sure everything works properly before saying the job is complete and giving it back to the customer.
