Benâs body shop excellent work they got it done way before they said it will be done. However when I got there and looked the car over and we discussed all the things I saw wrong with the vehicle from the accident. The manager or the person that went over the issue and what was visible wrong. He did not have the technician fix what was visible wrong on both of my side panels which was very concerning to me. It really made me feel like did they really do everything to fix my car to its original state. Visible it looked okay but on both sides of the car the side panels were not even or lining up. When I was pick the car up I brought this to their attention and they said it this shift sometimes. We as a car owner after being in a wreck that is not what your thinking because some this is still not right. So the manager went and got a technician and just shifted them back in place and said it was fixed. In the owners mind after a car wreck and seeing someone move the panels like that it is not fixed. But in fairness to Benâs the panels have not moved. And they did tell me if they did they would replace the tabs that are holding the panels in place. That was a issue they need to review all before telling the owner their car is fix. But now my car looks good and they were all nice.

Manger did not listen to me the owner of the car when I know what my car looked like before the accident. I would have made sure technician had the back panels shifted before I ask the customer to pick the car up.

I think the team did a wonderful job fixing my Explorer, you wouldnât even know that it was in a wreck. They were also very accurate on their estimate time of repair and actually finished a day earlier than they originally told me which was a nice surprise. Very happy with Benâs Body Works.

Everything was done with efficiency and care, this is the best my car has ever looked since it left the lot and I couldnât be happier. The hand wash on top of complete repairs is like the cherry on top. My heart jumped out of my chest from excitement when we pulled up to the shop and my car was parked right up front. Benâs has truly made me feel like the VIP of this experience and I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs body work.
