in the front of the vehicle they replaced one of the components with a brand new plastic piece and put the old one back in it does not look right if you pay attention to detail that part could not have been that expensive to replace it is in the very front and very noticeable I am not satisfied with that!

It took way too long to get my truck repaired due to shipping mistakes of the part needed to repair my truck. Also, the truck is not operating the way it should. They replaced the gas tank and now the truck is burning gas a an extremely fast rate. The truck is still not repaired properly. I spoke to Danny about this matter and he has not responded back to my concerns. I’m not satisfied with the service!!

Brought car in back up camera was working fine. Yall changed bumper and when I picked up car yall didn't reconnect my brake lights and my back up camera doesn't work now

Over all the paint and repair are in good shape. Except one brand new headlight the light is not turning on. So pretty much the truck is being driving with just one headlight on. Other things they took longer than what the estimated time said. One week turn into 5 weeks, and no updates unless I have to call them. The right side highlights head is not working, the light won’t turn on. I call but I have not received an answer back.

The car looks great. My only complaint would be that my seats were dirty when I picked the car up. The guys were great and I greatly appreciate all that they've done for me. I would definitely use Benson Ford again for my repairs.
