BJ was Awesome! He answered all questions thoroughly and walked me through each process and made my experience a lot less stressful. I truly appreciate everyone at the shop they were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experience and that is saying a lot because the circumstances that brought me to the establishment definitely were not positive. I truly want to Thank Everyone at the IPAC Body Shop! Keep being Awesome!!

Had to send my vehicle back twice because the job was so bad. I cannot believe you would roll out a car to a customer with parts dangling off, overspray everywhere, and the car so dirty, I couldn’t tell if the paint job was good or not. If I wasn’t dealing with an insurance company, I would have taken it somewhere else. I will be telling everyone not to go there.

They couldn’t care less about completing the job after asking about the door handle twice they never reached out to make it right. I have a second Mustang Iveas going to have them do paint work on, now i’ll be looking elsewhere.Thru could have fixed all of this if they had simply painted the door handle.
