Martin Garcia is the professional's professional. Not only did it keep in constant contact with me to let me know the status of my repair, but he always laid things out for me as an option. That's important because I don't want to feel like people are making decisions for me, and Martin made those decisions with me. I know it doesn't seem like much but it actually means a lot. I've used ipac a few times in the past, and I will be using them shortly again here in the future. But one thing is also for certain, that I will never use anywhere else.

My vehicle was there for over 60 days with delay after delay. I asked for my rental to be covered after the time limit from my insurance reached it's max on rental time. I was told that rentals weren't covered, and I was demanding. I had asked whàt was taking so long, and I was told for the umpteenth time, parts were delayed. They put in used and reconditioned parts along with new parts from Maine and Georgia. The manager spoke to me like I was stupid even after I told him I understood mechanics and delays I was treated with hostility from him. It wasn't until my insurance company called that my truck was done and reminded of my deductible. Amazingly, the vehicle was "done" the next day. I will NEVER use them again, and have told friends not to use them also.

They didn't update me, and put me off the whole time. I was treated with hostility by the manager, and spoken to like I was stupid and demanding. I was very upset, and got no action until my insurance intervened.

Repairs took too long. Even after parts came in and repairs were done, still had to wait a week. What should have been an easy transaction between the insurance company and the body shop turned into a nightmare. I had to go back and forth to get proof of payment before my car was released. Never had this experience with other shops. Never using IPAc again.
