I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the door. The young lady at the front desk made it very easy by being friendly and efficient. She set the tone by keeping me informed, coordinating with Enterprise car rental and greeting me by name with each encounter. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and my car looks brand new! A very professional & courteous job from start to finish. Laurie kept me in the knowing of what was happening every step of the way during the repair.
