Everything went smoothly. Ryan was very good. He was quick to respond to my questions. He was accurate on how long it would take for my vehicle to get fixed. Most of all Ryan was very personable and explained the procedure in a manner that I could understand. The woman who took care of me at pick up was also very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend Bergeys Collision should the need arise
