Jeff did a good job of explaining the process especially with the insurance company and all the “back and forth” he anticipated with Progessive. I would have liked a “ball park” estimate of the anticipated timeframe for the repairs. I also wanted some kind of progress report after a couple of weeks but my phone message and my email went unanswered. Let me temper that comment by saying that it is much more important to me that the job is done correctly and looks like new(which it does) than a phone call back or an email. I would bring a car to Jeff if I needed a body repair.

Other than the hiccup I experienced when I dropped off my vehicle for the estimate, I was very pleased with the outcome.

The repair work is excellent! Starting the whole process was a bit frustrating though. The insurance company told me I had to leave my vehicle at a shop and they would schedule an estimate. Even though I called beforehand, when I arrived at Berglund I was told that if my vehicle was drivable then I could not leave it overnight even though I had already reserved a rental car. After several minutes and various discussions, Berglund relented and allowed my vehicle to stay until the insurance inspector could schedule an estimate.

My car looks great! My only disappointment is that I now have a check engine light and another light (which I believe is the lane departure alarm, not sure though) that won’t go out. Other wise, my car is beautiful and runs fine.
