Berglund Body Works is Southwest Virginia's largest auto-body repair shop sitting on 6 acres and can accommodate 89 vehicles under roof at any given time. We focus on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and improving their appearance. We specialize in collision repair, handling both minor and major damage. We use advanced methods and equipment for services like dent removal, panel replacements, frame straightening and paint matching. My car was dirty from sitting on their lot.

I had to wait 6 weeks to get my car in for minor bodywork. They told me the repairs would take one in a half weeks to complete. When I called they day it should have been ready, they told me they hadn't even started on it! They ended up taking almost one month to complete my car! Not once did everyone call me with updates as they had promised. I had to call every few days to ask when my car would be finished. If I left a message no one would call me back. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! A car is a person's life line. Bergland Bodyworks doesn't care about how they impact their customers life by their actions or lack of.

The work performed looks great. The shop needs to stop overbooking jobs. I don't know that I would bring a vehicle back again.

The bodywork the repair techs performed quality. The scheduling and management of the shop could use work they are overbooking jobs. Either they need to start giving realistic time estimates in the scope of work so people can plan accordingly or they should hire enough staff to perform the work they are booking for the shop. If you have to put up a large sign saying Berglund is not responsible for out of pocket rental car expenses that should tell you you're not sticking to a schedule enough to keep people satisfied.

Front desk staff is friendly. The estimator gave unrealistic timetables for the repair. The shop should have all parts in stock for an insurance repair before they bring the vehicle in to begin the repair.

Where to start well first off you shouldn't make an appointment if the car is gonna sit untouched for 2 weeks or more afterwards. You make a appointment because you are ready to do the work people need their vehicles for work. Then get rude when you question on how much longer it's gonna take to finish and even more upset when I tell them they where not doing the other body work needed done. It took a month and half to replace my bumper. ???????? Won't be going back to them period

Service was great. Toby kept me informed through the whole process. My father had passed around the time the vehicle was done and I asked him if they could hold the vehicle a few more days while I dealt with funeral arrangements and he did. When I got there and picked it up it was nice and clean and he went over everything they did. I really appreciate it and would recommend this place to anyone and I will do business with them again in the future.
