We focus on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and improving their appearance. We specialize in collision repair, handling both minor and major damage. We use advanced methods and equipment for services like dent removal, panel replacements, frame straightening and paint matching. They got the work done, but very poor job communicating on the progress of the vehicle. I had to reach out numerous times. I had a scratch on my vehicle from backing into a mailbox and it took 3 weeks from start to finish

Great job on the actual repair work. I was not happy with the initial customer service contact who is no longer with Berglund. This was due to lack of communication. However, I was satisfied once Brad got involved in the process.

You did a fabulous job of matching the color. Everything seems great. I'm almost afraid to drive it since it is so beautiful. Also, I loved the fact that you washed the car and even did the tires. The car had only been washed once or twice by me.

Before you could attack the "hidden damage" you checked with us ahead of time. I wish that the price hadn't been so high, but I know that parts and labor is not cheap.
