We focus on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and improving their appearance. We specialize in collision repair, handling both minor and major damage. We use advanced methods and equipment for services like dent removal, panel replacements, frame straightening and paint matching. I was very satisfied with the work done by Bergland, but did have an issue with a date given. My original date for repairs was 9/6. I received a phone call asking me to change it to around the end of Sept. because of “catastrophic” event in the body shop, I agreed and showed up on that date. After waiting about 20 minutes I was told that my appt. Was actually for Oct 20th, and it was my mistake. However I remembered the conversation very clearly, especially the word “catastrophic”, but there was never an apology. The work however was excellent when done.

Communication sucks, I have used this body shop previous times and never had this problem. Austin needs to do better with communication. He sent me a email but had the wrong email address, he never reached out to me. They had the vehicle for almost a month which wasn’t a problem but when I reached out to get a update I never got a call back. Terrible customer service
