Berglund Body Works is Southwest Virginia's largest auto-body repair shop sitting on 6 acres and can accommodate 89 vehicles under roof at any given time. We focus on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and improving their appearance. We specialize in collision repair, handling both minor and major damage. We use advanced methods and equipment for services like dent removal, panel replacements, frame straightening and paint matching. Every interaction -- from being greeted by Maggie to speaking with Kevin Mills to noting courteous, conscientious staff passing through foyer as my sis and I awaited shuttle to Enterprise -- was impressive. Kevin and his team created a masterpiece, a work of art, in their conscientious, expert repair of our Toyota! And Kevin and his team finished early, without sacrificing quality, in their commitment to excellence and to my sis and me as customers. Kevin's knowledge, expertise, courtesy and professionalism in explaining the care of our Toyota instilled 100 percent confidence that Berglund is the best place for restoring our Toyota to wellness. I am so happy that Berglund is in State Farm's repair network, so a sad event (Toyota being rear-ended) brought us to the best place (Berglund) for easy, perfect, smooth repairs. Berglund, you're the best! I'm so impressed with the care that Kevin and his team took of our Toyota that I asked him for a referral to the Service Department because, now that the repairs have been completed so beautifully, expertly and perfectly I need to attend to the oil change that is due for the Toyota, and I hope for that to take place in Berglund's Service Department.

Derek was upfront about the time it would take to repair the car and it was completed in that timeframe. Communication was done through text for update status. Work was completed as well as car was clean inside and out. Staff was kind, helpful, and flexible throughout. When rental car was not ready staff called to assist as well as adjusted drop off of my vehicle.
