I have been coming to your place for a long time and has always been great. This time was very disappointing due to my car still had issues with the back hatch not lining up and making noises when closing and know I am still waiting on a call back to be fixed properly.

Frustrated by the length of time that the repair took (due to rare/hard to obtain parts) but body shop was effective at communication, understanding, professionalism, and convenient location.
