I would like to thank everyone at Best Chevrolet it was a completely hassle free experience. Dropped off my Equinox for repair Hertz from Best Chevrolet had a rental all set and aready for me. Equinox looked brand new. Such an easy experience I would refer everyone to Best Chevrolet collision center.

Chip totally dropped the ball. Waited 3 weeks before I called and then he lied to me at least 4 times while blaming the Geico adjuster concerning the delay. Not a good representative of your company. Ed stepped up and had my vehicle ready within 24 hrs. Ed did an outstanding job given the horrible conditions Chip left him with.

It was not good. Truck was not properly fixed. I've been waiting over 2 weeks now for Best to supply me a loaner vehicle while my truck is PROPERLY repaired. It’s literally gotten to the ‘out of hand’ point. I’ve leased my last 2 trucks from Best and Best Auto body came recommended to me from a friend….. I was hopeful but now I am basically at the point where I may never do business with Best ever again. I’ve been as nice as I can possibly be when I speak w them and I am not trying to get anyone in trouble at all, however this experience is a bit of a joke. I’ve been a diesel technician in Duxbury for 14 years and believe me I understand when times are tough, help is hard to find, but this is borderline pathetic. I have not yet reached out to the proper management but maybe this will generate a phone to me and get the ball rolling to fix my truck the right way!!! Constructive criticism 101.
