Actually, this was a wonderful experience even though it came about because someone ran into my car. The customer service was just outstanding. Leah took personal care of my repair, keeping me informed of repair progress, updating me when suppliers did not fulfill their scheduled deliveries, helping me navigate the car rental process.She was very knowledgeable of the entire process. It is very rare these days to find anyone who takes such good care of their customers. The repair itself was flawless and took considerably less time than I expected. The front desk personnel were thoughtful, polite and efficient. I thought the AI communication was a little tart. Maybe that could be corrected in the future. My experience with Best Collision was painless and gave a perfect result. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of collision repair.
