I appreciate the updates, but I expected a text letting me know my car was ready becaUse that's the way you had been communicating. I forget to check my voicemail since it's not an icon on the front of my phone. All in all, I'm very impressed with the kindness,service, and all. Great job! The Fender Mender team, from the receptionist to the appraiser to the the repair experts and painters, to the man-in-charge, throughout the time our 2018 Subaru was being worked on, all were very professional, courteous and helpful. From the first day we dropped the car off until the day we picked it up Fender Mender communicated with us the status of the repair always telling us the truth even when there was a delay (caused by the parts provider sending the wrong part) requiring an extension with our rental car - which Fender Mender coordinated and offered to pay for if the insurance company refused. Great communication, professional service, and friendly interactions describe my Fender Mender experience. I rank them Number 1 of 4 body shops in Beaufort that I’m familiar with today. Thank you.
