The bumper used was not the OEM quality, but an after market bumper that did not fit correctly, and has to be replaced. This to me is a mandatory requirement to complete my repair. The GM (Antoine) ensured me that it would be reordered, and repaired.

Tiffany who kept me updated was so sweet and kind as was the girl at the front desk. Everything was great except I didn’t realize that my car would be there for 10 days. I was being updated through text, but it was taking a long time to get a part and the date kept changing, which was frustrating because I thought I was picking it up and then no it wasn’t ready and it went back-and-forth a little bit. I understand sometimes things are out of your control when waiting for parts, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I might be without my car that long.
