Went to pick up my track the first time and it was not fixed. Missing parts and parts that was removed was not assembled correctly when put back on. Left it with them to fix those issues. Went back the second time to pick it up and it’s still missing parts that was not re installed. Got in it to leave and the tires are scrubbing front bumper when you turn. Note tires never scrubbed before it was took there. And to top that off they sent it for an alignment and the steering wheel is not even straight. The lady that was over the job seemed nice and kept me up to date but the quality of work is disappointing.

Everyone was nice and friendly but I had to be persistent and kept calling to check the progress. They did text me a few times on the progress. I had called one day at 11:49 am and the young lady that answered the phone said he was on lunch break so I called back an hour later at 12:49 and he was still on lunch break and told me the progress on the tire. I thought lunch breaks last an hour so I called back in an hour but he did come to the phone and explained why my jeep was delayed for two more days.
