Communication and updates were frequent and thorough. I brought my vehicle in for a repair after a collision with a deer. Miguel and Pearl were awesome. They were courteous in every interaction and provided great customer service. My repair looks great but when I left, some of my sensors were not picking up for the driver assistance. I called to inform them and they immediately brought me back into the shop to assess. It was a Labor Day weekend, so they gave me the option to take the car with me or leave it with them and bring it back on Tuesday. Once I brought it in they simply needed to recalibrate my sensors, which took a little while, but I got a good car wash as well. Again, great customer service. After I left Miguel called to double check that everything was up to par and to thank me for trusting them with my repair. I would definitely recommend!

This is the second time in a month they’ve fixed my car from being hit. Both times have been incredible experiences. Both times were quick, thorough, and we had status updates every step of the way.
