I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The entire repair process was smooth, professional, and well organized. From the moment we dropped off our car, we felt well taken care of. Our technician, Ron, met with us personally, answered all of our questions, and gave us his business card in case we needed anything during the repair process. His professionalism and willingness to help gave us confidence that our vehicle was in good hands. Throughout the repair, Caliber Collision kept us informed with frequent text updates, letting us know exactly where they were in the process. We never had to wonder about the status of our vehicle because the communication was excellent every step of the way. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and clear communication. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing quality repairs and exceptional customer care.

Everything looks great, but some pieces are starting to pop back off. I have to push them back in my schedule is very busy. I haven’t had time to take it back over to caliber to have them look at it but I paid $1500 for these repairs so I would like to get them fixed
