Personal items were in my vehicle when it was dropped off for repair, and then when I went to retrieve them after finding out the vehicle was totaled, they were missing. Other random items were in the car, but the only items of value had been removed. I was told I would be put in contact with the manager to resolve this issue, as apparently there are no cameras or way to prove that my items were stolen, but the manager never reached out.

Repair work looks great and appears solid. Apparently well done. Thank you. But there is overspray onto passenger front door. Also vehicle glove box and center console were apparently searched and rearranged while vehicle at Caliber.
