The first person I saw was Madison. A polite, attentive, professional representative of Caliber Collision at the ready to serve the customer. Thank you Madison. Soon I was introduced to Elizabeth white, my estimator. She accompanied me at my car as I pointed out what needed repaired. After a brief discussion about the estimate we concluded our encounter and I returned to Madison's desk to schedule the appointment. A few days later and I dropped off the car. I returned the following day to pick up the car. I did a walk around the car, closely looked at the repair and I was delighted with the quality results. Top notch! Also, the car was shiny thanks to the exterior wash service. We appreciated that very much. I told Elizabeth & Madison how pleased I was with the repair craftsmanship, their personal care and service and the overall satisfaction of my Caliber Collision experience. My wife and I thank all persons involved in doing a job well done. I will not hesitate to speak highly of Caliber in Pineville and recommend your shop for auto body repairs when needed.
