The service was great and my Jeep has never driven better. Maddison was extremely helpful getting the Jeep to Caliber when the insurance company was slacking. Thank you Maddison for making the transition from the impound yard to Caliber so easy! Courtney, my service advisor kept me updated on what they were doing to the Jeep to get it repaired. Thank you Courtney for doing such a great job keeping me updated!

I luv Caliber Collision! My car was there since July 17th due to Kia Parts delays. Special thanks to Madison, Brian (Service Dept) and Courtney for the jobs they do extremely well. They are patient and professional, even with the Customers whose cars have been there soooo long they could've charged me rent! We laughed through the "parts delays" and changing pickup dates. Driving my car home was a pleasure, knowing it was in good hands. CC repaired my Kia Soul twice and did a wonderful job each time. Feel like I'm part of the CC family, but we have gotta STOP meeting like this, LOL....hoping I have no more car related mishaps! Madison, Courtney and Brian are "An asset to Caliber Collision" and deserve recognition"! Thank you all! Keep up the good work! #Satisfied customer.
