I brought my 2024 mustang gt in for a driver's door dent repair. They fixed the dent in the process broke my driver's side mirror and replaced it with a substandard mirror, cheap, low visibility almost like looking through water. They also stripped all of the black paint off my lugs. And gave me the run around for days before finally after multiple attempts and broken promises I finally speak to the "gm" only to say send additional photos of my own after his staff already took there own. This is unacceptable they also were driving my car reckless I have an aftermarket app on my phone that maps my speed when im away from the vehicle just in case I let someone drive it. Bottom line if you have anything other than a mongoose bicycle DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE especially a hot rod. You'll regret it to those that have been fortunate enough to survive this place kudos too you.

They went above and beyond expectations. After the repairs were complete they washed it and vacuumed the interior. I can understand washing it but i never expected them to vacuum. They also kept me informed of the progress.
