My car accident on Christmas Eve 2025 was a bit bizarre and obviously unexpected! Dealing with the other drivers insurance was slow and, at first, a bit nightmare-ish! In contrast, working with the team at Better Collision was a great experience! My primary contact was Miguel J, who had great communication with me through the whole process, from damage/repair estimate up through the whole repair process! I also spoke with Pearl (phone and front service) and Ben (offices) for clarification on the many steps to complete the process working with a lesser known insurance agency (that had poor communication and response rates). Better Collision's support in getting steps moving in my favor will always be appreciated as the whole endeavor w/insurance dragged out for months! They even helped me with the rental car process, as they have a relationship with the local Enterprise car rental service! Final drop off @ Better Collision of my rental van was a great convenience for me! Between all the text updates and timely phone calls from Miguel, I couldn't image a better experience. Let me add that me Subaru Outback Touring XT also came out beautifully, perhaps better than before the accident. The paint match was clearly done extremely professionally, as well the alignment and calibrations, and I've had compliments from all who have seen my vehicle since! Thanks to the Better Collision team for meeting and even exceeding my expectations! 5 STARS!!!
