Ben Reeves was fantastic in explaining what they were going to do and look for when they were fixing the vehicle. He was transparent in timeline of getting parts and getting the work done. The repair was completed very quickly and he provided a thorough explanation of what was done. They handled the return of my rental car and gave me a breakdown of everthing they were billing to insurance. Price was fair and we are extremely satisfied of with our experience. Even though it is ann unfortunate situation having to go there due to a collision, they made the process very smooth. Will highly recommend to others in need of collision repair.

Even though I came to better collisions under negative circumstances, they made this experience worthwhile the customer service was exceptional! Dan was wonderful. He explained everything to me and took his time so that I could understand and that was deeply appreciated. Since this was my first time going through any of this also, Pearl the receptionist was wonderful. I highly recommend better collisions. They are really good people in hard workers. My car looked better than I could've ever imagined. Thank you once again.

Better Collision told me the job would take 4 to 5 days and it ultimately took 9 with no increase in the work required. They did not inform me in advance of the delays - just kept stringing me along each day.

Better Collision did an excellent job in repairing our 2017 Lincoln Continental, which has numerous electronic sensors facing in all directions- it was a very complicated job. Thanks so much. However, the final cost was about $3,000 higher than the final estimate.
