I was please with the service and accuracy of the communication provided by the Sumter location. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and communication provided by the Rock Hill location. I would advise family friends and associates to avoid the Rock Hill location due to the subpar level of service and professionalism.

I had bad experience bringing car to better collision, they didn’t repair my car correct I explain to them about problems I’ve been having n they still ignored it n by that my tire come off due to lack of fixing it . They don’t give good service n they try make it seem as if they fixed it n they didn’t fixed it

Before Better collision token over Scott Will always done all my auto body work. And heard that some of the guy are still there.. if I ever need body work again Better will the one to do it, thank you so much

Because I have a problem that I did not had until after hitting the deer. It could something was missed, or just didn't see because the small amount of damage that was done. I not saying this because of the guy that check the out. I just know what I have and how it was because incident with a deer. I could be wrong I don't know and it could be the other way. I payed my insurance for this before thing happens and now it's like it is my fault.

They made sure the bumper was fixed exactly as it should be. They also admitted that the 1st time they painted it, they realized it was not the correct color. It had to stay a few extra days, but they made sure it was perfect. I appreciate that. Jose is WONDERFUL!!!
