Things did not go smooth from the start i was told to be there at 2 and. When i arrived the adjuster was not there they told me she or he wouldn't be there until 3 they sent someone else to take pics i never got to meet the adjuster or speak to her i felt as if i was just being rush through i almost started to change shop but i stayed and at least i was completely satisfied with the repairs made on the car
