Awesome service and beautiful repair of the car! Better Collision has a professional, organized, and caring staff. They made the process of getting my son’s car repaired seamless. I explained that my son was in the hospital and that I would be handling the repair of the car on his behalf. Sarah was so kind. She examined the car and prepared the estimate for the insurance company while I waited. She was very thorough and explained the estimate. I was instructed to answer a few general questions on the screen and they took it from there. It was nice to receive text messages with updates on the car. I had confidence in Better Collision and their staff. I could concentrate on my son and had no worries about the car. The car was repaired in a timely manner and it was beautiful!!! I was so pleased with the repair I started taking pictures before leaving the lot. I couldn’t wait to send them to my son. He was VERY pleased!!! I will definitely recommend Better Collision to my family and friends. Thank you for doing such an awesome job! Thank you, Megan, for your kindness and for offering up prayers for my son.
