The process took extremely too long. Alot of miscommunication across the board from better collision with honda, honda with me, Better collision with farm bureau, and better collision with me. It just seemed like a long money play at my convenience. Everyone involved in this repair was frustrated or clueless. From honda "losing" the speaker which lead to me waiting a whole week to better collision not see a scratch in the hood until I pointed it out.
