In an unfortunate situation, Jose and Morgan made the repair experience of my car absolutely fantastic. They were very communicative. Informative answered any questions I had and if they didn’t know, they looked into it and got back to me. They were very professional detail oriented, and a fantastic job can’t even tell that I was in an accident 10 out of 10 would recommend It was a fantastic team and customer service experience

Better Collision kept me informed via texts each step of the way so I was aware of the progress. They stayed open a little bit longer on Friday afternoon so I could pick up my vehicle rather than pick it up on scheduled completion date of Monday. So, it was fixed perfectly and ahead of schedule! Great job!
