It took about a month to get a bumper replaced which I’m sure was mostly delayed due to insurance but was pretty frustrating that after being rear ended the shop failed to inspect and replace the broken brake lights and rear turn signals which seems like a basic safety check so I had to return back to the shop which was very inconvenient especially since I had to drive to the shop twice because they were closed the day after thanksgiving when they told me they would be open. Otherwise the staff were super nice and helpful and the new bumper looks good.
