The Better Collision team of Sumter did a wonderful job keeping me updated on my car repairs! The automated text messages were helpful AND when calling to check on repair completion the team members were polite and professional. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was pleased to find my car had been vacuumed throughly AND my exterior was buffed like new!! I mean seriously, one of my rims had been curbed and the Better Collision team of Sumter buffed and cleaned my rims so well it’s HARDLY noticeable! Hopefully, I won’t have to, BUT if I ever need repairs again I WILL be a returning customer! I WILL be referring friends and relatives! Again, wonderful job! Thank you SO much.
