There was a slight issue during the negotiation process, but the manager and the staff responded very positively to my questions. They even managed to handle the small amount of frustration I had at the beginning due to my confusion. Later on, the communication went smoothly and we found and solved the problem together. They are still very trustworthy and I highly recommend them!

Front bumper and both side fenders are misaligned and during the estimate I mentioned to the service advisor that my check engine light came on as a result of the accident. The check engine light code was just cleared and returned back to me.

The staff is great and they are committed to making sure we are completely satisfied with the vehicle. Now I am waiting on Nationwide to approve whatever parts they need to fix the problem so that my fender/bumper will be fixed.
