The Sumter location was beyond great! They kept me constantly updated on any and all issues concerning my vehicle. The entire staff I came in contact with was very polite and professional. When I picked my vehicle up I was explained in detail everything that was done. On top of all of this they had my vehicle cleaned and vacuumed. I completely recommend this company, especially The Sumter location to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

Very satisfied with the on-going communication and updates during the repair process. Sarah Barwick and team were great. Sarah asked/insisted USAA compensate me for a wheel that was discontinued and had to be repaired. Very happy with the final repair, I would recommend Better Collision Sumter for repairs .
