Very satisfied with the on-going communication and updates during the repair process. Sarah Barwick and team were great. Sarah asked/insisted USAA compensate me for a wheel that was discontinued and had to be repaired. Very happy with the final repair, I would recommend Better Collision Sumter for repairs . Very professional staff, great job!

Working with them in the beginning from estimate to scheduling was painful. Many weeks delay. Once I dropped my car, it was fine, however the car was left a bit dirty inside.

Best customer service ever. The car was ready early which is great. But since my daughter was in the hospital we were trying to figure out how to get rental car back plus the estimated pickup time was when I was at school with grandson. Both Sarah ands Morgan told me not to worry. We would work it out. Told me don’t stress. We will work it out. And they did! They were so very kind and compassionate. Job well done
