It was also important to produce high quality work and be trusted by the community. BF Bodyworks Inc. wanted to work by “The Golden Rule”. There was damage (scratches) to the front passenger side light casing during the repair. This was a new light casing that was just bought and installed before bringing the car in for body repairs. It was a $150 light kit and $150 to install and has numerous scratches on the exterior and one scratch can be felt with a fingernail. Representative said a compound can be used to remove the scratches but they should have done that before we picked up the car. I feel that the shop workers used a hard brush and scratched it while in repair or if removing the front bumper they were not very careful. I would like to talk to the owner about this.

Of course I will tell family and friends about them. They go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected and done before expected- sometimes when you take a car to where the insurance refers- you think the insurance is gonna mess with the quality - so they can save money. I took a chance- I’m glad I did!! Thanks BF
