Amazing customer service. We were involved in a serious accident and our Tesla X had some extensive damage. From the minute they received our car they provided us with the assurance that they would be able to complete all repairs. I am very pleased with the actual repair work—my car looks and runs great, and I appreciate the team taking the time to ensure it was done right, even though it took an extra week. My only complaint is that when I got my keys back, several accessories attached to them were missing or damaged. It would have been helpful if the shop had mentioned beforehand that I needed to remove them. While not the end of the world, it felt a bit careless and unprofessional at the very end of the service. Overall, great mechanical work, but communication and attention to personal items could use some improvement.
