I have to give Bi-County the highest rating! From when I first brought my truck in, to when I picked it up, I was greeted with kind, caring and pachinent people! They treated my claim like I was special! They keep me posted throughout all the steps. Tracy was the first I spoke with, and throughout the repair. She treated me like a friend, and took care of my claim as if it was hers. A real pleaserable experience! Thank you again for all you do Tracy! I would definitely refer Bi- County to All!
