I think they did great job, but I had to point it out uneven gaps because bumper wasn't set properly first time. Overall I'm very happy with work that was done and definitively I recommend 👌 this body shop.

Quality of finish repair is excellent, but i took point that I had to point out that bumper wasn't set symetrically and gaps weren't even on both sides of the car. The good think it was corrected as I was waiting. Glad that they fixed, but it was avoidable at first.

The outstanding customer service was impeccable from the moment I dropped off my car to the moment that I picked it up and every moment in between! I was greeted by Tracy and staff who were absolutely lovely and assured me that everything would be done smoothly and look just like the day I bought my car! I can’t say enough things about Bi-County. They are a legacy brand who understands excellent customer service and excellent attention to detail in all aspects of repair!
