I picked up my car wed 9/30 my blue Subaru 2012 Impreza. The body work looks fine. But my quote said they are replacing my bumper. And it's not new. That I don't care about. But there's a brand new scratch on the driver side and I called them Thursday morning. I work most days of the week and cannot come in and leave the car there. It's a light scratch but it's enough to make me dissatisfied. I would like the scratch buffed out. Please contact me about what you can do for me.
