When my car was brought out it still had some scuff marks on the rear bumper where some tape adhesive was that was easy to point out. Then when I got in my car I noticed twenty dollars was missing. The money was returned to me but overall it was a little tacky.

First of all, when I first dropped off my car after a fender bender, I was a nervous wreck because I was a woman in an auto body shop. I felt I was facing thousands of dollars in repair fees. But Bi-county was awesome. I dropped off my car, picked up my rental and a week later I picked up my car and not only was it perfectly repaired, it was cleaned and a smal bottle of touch up paint was left on the console . The staff I interacted with was very professional and courteous. I received daily text messages on the status of my car repair and my car was ready on the estimated date. My interaction with the insurance company was minimal as Bi-county handled most of that too. I know you guys get paid for doing your job, but I still want to say thank you for making this as painless and easy as possible. Shout out to Brian who assisted me and kept me updated. Thanks again. And I will always recommend this business whenever I can. Also, I forgot, all my repairs are under warranty which is awesome!
