It took longer then expected, I was told 3different days my car would be ready then when I went to pick it up there was still a part being painted and as they tried to move my car out of the garage my battery was dead bc they left the keys in the ignition. Absolutely so frustrating spent more on a rental than it cost to get my car fixed never again will I go there

The repair was stated to be a week starting at 7/23 and it took until 8/11 to complete the repair. The date kept being moved and it was incredibly inconvenient.

Everything was great. I had known it was going to be a long repair, so I wasn't surprised that there was a delay (parts for my car usually take a while). They handled everything with my insurance company directly and I found the text updates very helpful. I also had a great experience with the receptionists as well. They were able to give me great feedback on status and assistance with enterprise when needed with my rental.
